      • Temperature of dairy cooler in drive thru area was 10 degrees Celsius.Product moved to another cooler.Adjust or service cooler to ensure temperature is 4 degrees Celsius or less.

      • The drive-through hand washing sink had a non-functional soap dispenser.*Staff replaced the soap dispenser, and it was subsequently checked and found to be functional.**Please ensure that all hand sinks are consistently supplied with hot and cold running water, soap, and paper towels to promote proper hygiene and sanitary food handling practices.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • - Broken tiles were observed:1) Beneath the hand washing sink, with water pooling in the area.2) Near the drive through prep cooler3) At the back near the ice machine*Please ensure that the damaged tiles are replaced. In the meantime, maintain the area by regularly cleaning and preventing water from pooling to avoid any potential safety hazards and maintain the sanitary level of the facility.

      • Flies were observed in the serving area/drive thru but it had decreased. -continue to clean and follow the pest control recommendations.

      • Flies were observed in areas of the kitchen and serving areas.-contact your pest control company and obtain more assistance to help rid the establishment of flies - follow their recommendations.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There was a leak at the faucet in the mop sink.-repair/replace the faucet to ensure it is not leaking; any source of water will promote pest survival.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Some hard-to-reach areas (between floor/walls, under tables) had some accumulation of food/debris. -thoroughly clean all areas and ensure to use hot water and detergent. Also focus on drains where there is grease accumulation. This will help remove any food source from the flies.
