      • OUTSTANDING - wrong test strips available.No test strips available. The facility is using a sink & surface sanitizer. Acquire appropriate test strips to ensure adequate concentrations are used to sanitize food contact surfaces.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. There is a pipe leaking behind the dishwasher which causes pooling of water when the dishwasher is turned on. Ensure the leakage is repaired to prevent accumulation of water that could lead to floor damage and mold growth.**Please repair the source of leak2. Missing ceiling tiles were observed above the mob sink area. Ensure these are replaced to prevent pest and dust entry.**Please replace the ceiling tiles

      • Food permit is not posted. Ensure the food permit is posted in a conspicuous place where the public can easily see it.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • There is no light in the dry storage area. Ensure all food handling areas have adequate lighting to facilitate cleaning.
    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • Food debris accumulating in underneath the shelves in the dry storage area. All areas must be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner. Clean the indicated area and ensure hard-to-reach areas are regularly cleaned to prevent the attraction of pests.
