      • Quats sanitizer solution in spray bottle tested below 200 ppm. Ensure the sanitizer concentration is at 200ppm for effective sanitization of food contact surfaces.**Sanitizer was changed at the time of inspection.
    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • Cleaning cloths were not placed in the sanitizer. Wet, dirty cleaning cloths must be fully immersed in the sanitizer solution to prevent the growth of pathogens.**Please submerge the cloths in the sanitizer solution or if sanitizer spray is used, replaced regularly or when visibly soiled to prevent cross-contamination of foods.

      • - Quats sanitizer test strips were found to be expired.*Replace the test strips and store them in a moisture-free environment.**Ensure the sanitizer concentration is tested daily and replace the cleaning solution in the bucket every 2 hours, or sooner if it appears visibly dirty.
