- The mop sink is open into a food preparation area. Please install a door on the mop sink to protect from contamination. The door must be smooth, durable, impervious to moisture, and cleanable.

- The high-temperature mechanical dishwasher did not exceed 64C when tested.Please ensure the dishwasher is operating properly and able to reach a minimum temperature of 71C at the plate level.

- Paper towel for both hand washing sinks was not stored in a proper dispenser. Please ensure that paper towels for the hand-washing sinks are stored in a dispenser that protects it from contamination.

- 1) Mudding and sanding on the walls has been completed but painting has not. Please ensure all the walls are painted such that they are smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture. 2) The bulkhead above the wall-in cooler has raw wood and drywall. Please paint these areas.3) A large hole was observed in the wall under the two-compartment sink. Please seal this hole and ensure the wall is smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture. 4) Protective plastic covering is still on the stainless-steel walls. Please remove.
