The facility is to revert back to single use paper towel for drying hands. Such type of hand dryer is not suitable for drying hands in a kitchen operation. A roll of paper towel now available at this hand washing station.
- 2. Banquet hall B bar's hand soap was missing at this time. The manager acquired liquid soap at this time.
