      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION):
      • - At the time of inspection advised by staff that the high temperature dishwasher has a leak and than it is not available for use.
      • - At the time of inspection no bleach available for sanitizing food contact surfaces or setting up 3 compartment sink for manual warewashing available for use.
      • Corrective Action(s):
      • - Phone conversation with operator. Operator to call in service technician to service the hight temperature dishwasher. In the interim, premise is restricted to take out/single service utensils only.
      • - Staff obtained a bottle of beach and prepared a 100ppm bleach sanitizer solution for sanitizing food contact surfaces and adequately setup the 3 compartment sink for manual warewashing.
