- Corrective Action(s): Ensure the designated hand sink is provided with liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers at all times. Do not stored any items in the sink. Hand sink must be clear of obstructions and available for use at all times.

- - Several containers of frozen food stored in Frigidaire freezer with no lids. Several food products also observed not stored in containers and on shelves with frost buildup.
- - Opened bag of floor with scoop inside left on the floor.
- Corrective Action(s):
- - Discarded improperly stored frozen food products.
- - Transfer all dry products to adequate food grade containers with tight fitting lids. Store scoops and other dispensing utensils outside and in sanitary manner.
