- *A bleach bottle underneath was accessible to clients in the preschool room. CDI - bottle was moved to an inaccessible area. **Harmful chemicals must be kept inaccessible to clients. Any storage areas within reach, where such chemicals are stored, must be kept locked or otherwise inaccessible. *Plastic bottles filled with various play/craft material were not sealed and accessible to clients in the preschool room. These materials present choking hazards. CDI - bottles were removed from play area and sealed using tape/glue.

- *The first aid kits available had expired and damaged implements.- Various antiseptic wipes expired 2013-2017. - Adhesive bandages were water damaged and no longer sterile. **First aid kits must be assessed, and all expired or damaged implements must be discarded and replaced.
