      • The bleach solution used to sanitize the surfaces in the kitchen area and the rest of the facility was at 0ppm. Make sure to prepare a new solution every morning. The test strips in the facility are expired- Please purchase a new one.A cleaning cloth is placed in a solution beside the sink, that is made of water and soap.

      • - A floor mob is being stored in the hallway between the kitchen and the washroom used by the children. The bucket was full of unclean water. - An overfilled and uncovered waste receptacle can contribute to the generation of unpleasant odors and may create conditions favorable for vermin attraction and harborage.
