   • 22. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Non-Critical)?
     • The children's washroom hand sink temperature ranged with temperatures over 60C upon initial use and reducing to 32C. The hand sinks could not be controlled to ensure temperature does not go to 60CPlease have the plumbing inspected. It is strongly recommended that the temperature at hand sinks which children have access has a maximum temperature of 49C .August 15 - Water temperature at hand sinks was not correctly operating. Cold water was not available at hand sink. Temperature was hot and decreased with time. Please follow all plumber recommendations including mixing valves as required.
