      • The floor vent cover was found to be loose in frog room #15. Please ensure it is properly secured.

      • Several fabric items like chairs, sofas, and bean bags with non-removable covers were noted in Penguin Room 16. Some fabric items were soiled.Discussed appropriate sanitizing methods. The sofas are sprayed/wiped with a sanitizer solution. This method is not effective for sanitizing fabric items. Please wash and sanitize fabric soiled fabric items.Please remove all fabric items that cannot be properly washed and sanitized.Items may be covered with an easily cleanable material after they have been properly washed and sanitized.
