      • Sanitizer not available for kitchen use.Staff indicated sanitizer used for dishwashing was not available at time of inspection. Bleach was noted to be available under sinks. Advised staff to use bleach for dishwashing of serving dishes only.

      • Food was being prepared within the classroom with no access to handwashing sinks.Staff were using hand sanitizer and gloves.Please ensure all food preparation is completed in the approved kitchen with proper handwashing supplies and sink available.

      • Hand soap was not available at sink in kitchen for handwashing.Please ensure that soap is always available and sink is used for handwashing prior to food handling.
