- No chlorine sanitizer was available. Provide 100ppm chlorine sanitizer for food surfaces and dishwashing.

- 1) Container of puff balls (donuts) were stored directly on the floor. Store all food and food items at least 6 inches off the floor. 2) Containers and utensils were not underneath the tent. Rain was pouring these items. Ensure food items are protected from the rain. Do not use these items.No dishwashing sinks were available to wash dishes.

- Chicken in the pot was measured between 44 to 47 degrees C. The stove was turned off. Discarded the chicken. Store hot perishable foods at 60 degrees C or higher.
