- The water sample for this season's operations remains incomplete. PHI advised that at the beginning of every operating season, the water tank and pipes need to be sanitized. and completely rinsed, a sample of water utilized for food preparation or hand washing must be collected from the taps from the mobile unit and sent to the provincial laboratory for analysis prior to the initial operation for the season.
