      • -3 compartment dishwashing sink and a high temperature dishwasher was present. However, the final rinse temp. of the dishwasher was measured at 50C at plate level.Action taken:-Staff was instructed to use manual 3 compartment dishwashing method for all the dishes. -Please call the technician and get the repair.
