      • The paper towel roll for the front counter bar area was not mounted. Please ensure roll is mounted.

      • The onsite posted food handling permit was expired. Operator printed new valid permit and posted.

      • An unlabeled spray bottle with sanitizer was observed. Ensure all chemicals are labeled. The operator labeled the bottle during the inspection.
    • 11. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Critical)?
      • The low-temperature dishwasher was measured at 0ppm bleach/chlorine with bleach/chlorine test strips. Ensure that the dishwasher is repaired to maintain a concentration of 100ppm bleach/chlorine. The operator had Bentely-North Chemical onsite to repair the dishwasher and it was measured to be 100ppm with bleach/chlorine test strips.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • 1. Several tiles at the bottom of the stairs are observed to be missing. 2. A missing baseboard was observed on the wall behind the prep cooler downstairs which makes the wall difficult to clean. 3. A hole was observed in the wall beneath the two-compartment sink. 1. Ensure that the indicated floor tiles are replaced to render the surface smooth and easy to clean. 2. Ensure that the indicated area is sealed with a baseboard or material such as silicone to render the surface smooth and easy to clean. 3. Ensure that the indicated hole is sealed to be smooth, moisture resistant and easy to clean.
