      • High temperature dishwasher was ran twice and the max temperature reached was 62C.By July 30, 2025, ensure the machine is serviced so that it reaches at least 71C at dishlevel.

      • Chlorine sanitizers were at 500ppm. The concentration needs to be at 100ppm to ensure it is non-rinse for food contact surfaces.From now ensure chlorine solutions are at 100ppm and you use chlorine test strips to verify concentration.

      • High temperature dishwasher was ran multiple times and the maximum temperature reached was 65C.By July 23, 2025 ensure it reaches at least 71C at dishlevel.

      • Better sanitation is required in the bottom of upright cooler and along the edges or corners of flooring

      • Scoops used in bulk food containers are paper cups and contain a build-up of food. Replace with scoops that are washable with a handle.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • Mouse droppings were found in the corners the floors in the kitchen. The pest control company is to be called to the facility and provide information about entry points and recommendations to prevent pest entry into the facility. Operator is to follow all recommendations provided by pest control.
