      • A bottle of bleach water was observed near the handwashing station near the front of house unlabeled. Operator had mentioned it is just water, at the time of the inspection. Upon testing, water was observed to have bleach. Ensure this bottle is labeled to prevent potential chemical cross contamination.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • Tiles among the prep cooler area observed to be broken and chipped away, along with some other spots in the kitchen. Please fix tiles or fill tiles in as this can be a tripping hazard.
