    1 infraction

    • 23. Is the facility maintained in a clean and sanitary condition?
      • A grease trap is located in the basement on a bare concrete floor. Current process is that staff empty/clean the trap as needed. This process has resulted in a significant staining of oil/grease on to the floor and into the bare concrete. This process is under review by the new ownership. Improvements to this area should be made to ensure that the oil/grease is not able to penetrate the bare concrete and to keep any spillage contained.
