- Observation(s): Observed improper storage of some potentially hazardous food (PHF) items at the time of inspection leading to temperature measurements as high as 10-18deg.C. These PHF items included chicken wings, chicken nuggets, dairy based dressings (ie. several squeeze bottles of ranch dressing, etc). Staff member discarded some PHF items observed at these temperatures, including 2 portioned packages of chicken wings and 1 portioned package of chicken nuggets.

- Observation(s): Observed a broken thermometer inside the walk-in refrigerator and a non-NSF probe/stem thermometer being used to check temps of food within the front pizza prep table refrigerator - this probe/stem thermometer had questionable accuracy in comparison with a thermometer with known accuracy. Observed dating of products indicating either prolonged storage not reflective of recommended storage times, or date labels left on containers without being changed at the time of refill.

- Observation(s): Quaternary ammonia hard surface sanitizer test strips were not available at the time of inspection.

- F2.3 Are food contact surfaces, utensils and equipment washed and sanitized in a manner that removes/prevents contamination?
- Observation(s): No hard surface sanitizer spray bottles for Quats were available at the time of inspection (bottles available were labelled for glass/general surfaces) and the Quats sanitizer station at the back sink was not dispensing Quats sanitizer at the minimum required concentration.
