3 of 4 inspections on record found no infractions at all. In the past 12 months there was 1 inspection with 2 infractions recorded. The higher-risk findings here relate to: Handwashing and staff hygiene.

What these findings mean

Health authorities word their violations differently, so we group them by what they mean for food safety. Higher-risk findings are the ones inspectors treat as critical, because they can directly make someone sick.

  • Handwashing and staff hygieneHigher risk

Hands are the main way germs like norovirus move from people to food. Inspectors look for stocked, accessible handwashing sinks, staff washing hands when required, hair restraints, and sick employees being kept away from food. Gaps here can spread illness quickly.

Recorded once on November 10, 2025. For example: 7 Are there handwashing stations available and properly supplied?

  • Building, plumbing and upkeepLower risk

Floors, walls and ceilings must be smooth and clean, with working lighting, ventilation, plumbing, hot and cold water, and washrooms. These are rarely an immediate food-safety risk on their own, but persistent problems can lead to pest or sanitation issues.

Recorded once on November 10, 2025. For example: 4 Does the premises have the key services (e.g. water, sewer, power) required to operate safely?

Did not receive my pizza that I paid for. After more than one hour of waiting, we decided that we couldn't wait any more and had to go to sleep. The stores were closed by this point so we were not able to call to confirm it was still coming or how long it might be. Waking up today I see that it took almost 2 full hours for the pizza to arrive based on my missed call log. Waiting 2 hours for one single pizza is completely unacceptable. When we called the first time for an update (before they closed) after the delivery did not show up within the expected time, we were told that the driver had to clean the store first before delivering our meal.

5 stars! We were visiting Kelowna and friends for the summer break and ordered a few pizzas, the delivery driver Alp was super friendly and energetic and arrived way faster than expected. The whole group was really happy with the order and everything was great. Awesome service 👌

It was my first time ordering 2 pizzas from Dominoes. I did not know how to use the app so I went into the stire. A young girl was working by herself. She took 3 minutes of her time to show mw me. I ordered the pizzas and picked it up a few hours later. It was a veey good experience. Thank you!

Dominos Anders is our go to. Fast service, kind delivery drivers Only reason I give 4 stars is if you order here high chance you probably arnt getting ur exact order. The amount of wrong pizzas, wrong crust or missing items .. we have lost count and have stopped reporting. Tonight’s mess up was just cinnamon bites with zero icing, after joking to the delivery person about hoping they brought the right crust.
