      • Whirlpool water temperature in the basin was measured at 41.3C. Adjust the thermostat temperature of the system to ensure that the basin temperature is no more than 40C.

      • The microbiological water sample submitted on 1 April 2025 was unsatisfactory: Total Coliform present. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

      • One of the screws on the suction outlets in the basin appeared to have a screw not fully installed. Facilities manager tightened the screw to ensure a secure fit.

      • Scum build up was noted on the basin above the water line and in some of the skimmer pots. Clean and remove scum build up in the basin and skimmers.
    • 16. Are proper testing, monitoring, and other records being properly maintained?
      • Staff were not consistently documenting visual checks that the submerged suction outlets are installed and in good repair. Ensure staff are checking and documenting once per day.
