      • The glasswasher at the bar was measured at 0ppm of iodine. Ensure glasswasher is able to dispense 12.5-25ppm of iodine. Glassware should be sanitized in 200ppm of quat using the sink after washing and drying until glass washer is repaired OR washed in the kitchen dishwasher until repairs are complete.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • The paper towel dispenser of the hand sink of the service area in the second floor was empty. Ensure paper towel is provided.

      • The mechanical ventilation system has been due for professional maintenance since May. Chef indicated they are waiting on a part for repairs.

      • Kitchen- Grease, soil and dirt were noted on the floor and wall beneath the dishwasher and dishwashing sink.Casino floor bar- Debris and drink spill was noted on the floor beneath sinks and glasswasher. The fountain lines were also dirty and covered with spill.Clean the floor and walls beneath the kitchen dishwasher and floor beneath sinks at the casino bar including the fountain lines.

      • No sanitizer was measured in the Sani cycle after running the casino floor bar glasswasher multiple times. A service request was made during inspection. Staff was instructed to use the kitchen glasswasher to clean and sanitize all glassware from the casino floor bar until the glasswasher is fixed.

      • A plumbing leak was noted beneath the kitchen dishwashing sink.Repair all plumbing leaks beneath the dishwashing sink.
