      • Meat in the prep cooler was measured at 50F using the facility's probe. Manager directed staff to discard meat during inspection. Cooler was closed and temperature was reducing.Ensure cooler is able to keep food temperature below 4C.
    • 19. Does the facility have a valid permit and does the facility operate in compliance with the conditions of that permit, or is the facility awaiting approval prior to operation?
      • The food handling permit was not posted in a location visible to the public.Ensure permit is posted at a visible location to the public

      • 1. The lighting of the walk-in cooler/freezer is bad. Ensure the indicated area is well lit at all times.2. The drain sink in the service area is leaking and making the cabinet insanitary. Ensure leak is fixed and the cabinet is maintained in a sanitary manner at all times.

      • The broccoli soup in the hot holding unit was measured internally at 42C over a 2 hours period, food was discarded by staff during inspection.

      • Holes were observed on the walls opposite the dishwashing area. Ensure holes are sealed and the wall is maintained in a smooth, easy to clean manner.
