- Several what appear to be fruit flies/drain flies noted to be onsite. Please ensure pest control measures are in place.
- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- Some ceiling times noted to be in disrepair/displaced or not smooth, easily cleanable impervious to moisture.Light covers noted to be taped up for ambiance. Please ensure light fixtures are not taped and can be easily maintained.
