- Storage of chemical paper bags (Sod. bi carbonate) was observed on the floor. Ensure the bags are stored above the ground.

- Daily visual checks of main drain covers were not recorded in the monitoring sheets. Ensure that the main drain covers are visually monitored daily and record is maintained.
