These areas of the floor are not cleanable and can harbor bacteria resulting in unsatisfactory water samples.Ensure the surface of the basin is in good repair.Facility has plans to shut down at the end of Jan 2024 for maintenance of the filters and refinishing of the basin.

      • According to Anti-entrapment plan, the main drain covers were expiring in March 2024. Information provided during onsite inspection that the main drain covers had already been changed on April 24, 2023. Update your anti-entrapment plan and resubmit it.
