Since the flow meter has a minimum value of 150 GPM, it is unable to accurately read flow rates below this max flow rate value, despite the facility's minimum flow being 75 GPM.Replace the flow meter with one that has an appropriate scale, range allowing it to accurately measure both the minimum and maximum flow rates.

      • According to Anti-entrapment plan, the main drain covers were expiring in March 2024. Information provided during onsite inspection that the main drain covers had already been changed on April 24, 2023. Update your anti-entrapment plan and resubmit it.
