      • The hand sink is not supplied with hand soap and paper towels. The hand sink must always be supplied with cold/hot running water, hand soap, and paper towels or any sanitary option for drying hands. Please supply the hand sink accordingly.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • No high-level disinfectant available. The operator has semi-critical tools (tweezers) used for their eye-area esthetics. A high-level disinfectant must be used to disinfect semi-critical tools. Please obtain a high-level disinfectant with a DIN/NPN and ensure the manufacturer's instructions are followed.
    • 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
      • No test strips available for the high-level disinfectant. The operator stated they are reusing the high-level disinfectant for more than a day. Test strips are required for the high-level disinfectant whenever it is reused for more than a day to test if the concentration is adequate for disinfection.Please obtain the appropriate test strips.
