- 50-ppm bleach sanitizer in spray bottles was prepared and being used on workstation surfaces. Onsite kitchen manager added more bleach to the solution, which tested 100-ppm. Please ensure that bleach solutions are between 100-200 ppm, this will help to sanitize surfaces properly.

- A scoop was noted to be placed in the flour container. To reduce the possibility of cross-contamination, the manager removed the scoop. Please ensure that the scoop is placed in a food grade container, outside of the flour bin.

- There was no measurable chlorine in the sanitizer spray bottle. Please ensure that a sanitizer solution is mixed and ready to use whenever food handling is happening. Corrected During Inspection: a new solution was mixed with 100ppm chlorine

- The hand sink in the kitchen was stocked with soap and paper towel, however at the start of the inspection, it was blocked with a small bus bin. The hand sink must be accessible at all times. Corrected During Inspection: the bin was removed.
