Ensure all bottles are appropriately labeled with their contents and maintained in a manner that prevents confusion or misuse.

Quat test strips were not available.Test strips appropriate to the type of sanitizer or disinfectant used must be available, and used to verify sanitizer concentration.Obtain quat test strips capable of measuring 200-400 ppm.
