Do not use on food contact surfaces.Bleach used on food contact surfaces must be maintained at 100-200 ppm. Mix 1/2 tsp of bleach (~1/2 capful) to 1 L of water. Verify solution concentration with a test strip when the solution is prepared, and each day it is used.
