      • Sanitizer solution used for sanitizing tables tested at 0 ppm.- The operator prepared a new bleach sanitizer solution at 100-ppm during the inspection.- Ensure sanitizer solutions are prepared and maintained at the required concentration and verified using appropriate test strips before use.

      • 1. Operator was not aware when the sand in the sensory play table was last changed. Sand can become contaminated over time through regular use and should be replaced to maintain a sanitary play environment.- The operator removed the sand from service during the inspection.- Clean and sanitize the sand table at least weekly and as required.- Replace the sand when contaminated, following the manufacturer’s instructions for maintenance and replacement, or ideally every two years.- Record the date of each sand replacement to track when the sand needs to be changed again.- Ensure toys used during sand play are cleaned and sanitized daily and not left in the sand table/bin.2. Fabric pillows accessible to children were observed to be soiled. Soft play materials can accumulate dirt and contaminants through frequent handling and must be maintained in a clean condition.- Operator advised that the soiled pillows are no longer in use and removed them from service during the inspection. - Ensure all play materials are maintained in a clean condition.
