    • 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
      • The main drain on the far north of the plaza basin was cracked, and sections of the main drain were damaged. No water was in the basin at time of inspection. Operator confirmed that there is a spare main drain cover that was purchased with the other 4. The spare cover was inspected and noted to be in good condition. Operator confirmed he would remove the damaged cover and replace with the spare. Confirm installation has been completed and provide photos. The pool cannot open until damaged cover is replaced with new main drain.

      • The microbiological water sample submitted on 18 July 2025 was unsatisfactory:Total Coliform present. Take all necessary action to ensure microbiologically safe water. Submit a new microbiological water sample at your earliest convenience once the water chemistry is balanced.

      • An alarm was illuminated on the controller. This was due to a high ORP reading. Contact service provider to check the controller and confirm if the probe requires calibration or replacement.
    • 17. Does the pool have adequate written policies, plans and posted rules and safety information to ensure that the pool is operating in a safe manner?
      • New submerged suction outlets have been installed. Updated anti-entrapment compliance plan must be completed and submitted to for review.
