- 12. Are the general safety devices and physical conditions in this pool providing a safe environment (Critical)?
- The main drain on the far north of the plaza basin was cracked, and sections of the main drain were damaged. No water was in the basin at time of inspection. Operator confirmed that there is a spare main drain cover that was purchased with the other 4. The spare cover was inspected and noted to be in good condition. Operator confirmed he would remove the damaged cover and replace with the spare. Confirm installation has been completed and provide photos. The pool cannot open until damaged cover is replaced with new main drain.
