      • The quat sanitizer in the bucket was at inadequate concentration. Ensure sanitizer is tested after dispensing and confirmed between 200-400ppm of quats. Replace expired quat strips ASAP.Ensure sanitizer is replaced regularly.

      • Areas behind the blade of the meat slicer had food debris. Meat slicer was taken apart and cleaned during inspection.Ensure adequate cleaning of slicer is completed after use.

      • Floors under the dishwashing area should be cleaned and maintained in a sanitary manner at all times.
