      • The high temperature dishwasher has been serviced although the max temp achieved at time of inspection was only 64.7 CA minimum rinse temperature for Sanitizing (71 C is required at the plate).Correct by Sep 12 2024Please continue to add a cap of bleach per load to ensure dishes are sanitized in the meantime.

      • A Technician was in to look at the dishwasher and repairs and adjustments made have not been able to resolve the inadequate rinse temp issue. Other efforts will be made tomorrow to try to get the dishwasher rinse temp to come up.Peter will send an email to inform on the outcome.Check back on Aug 15

Peter will email me when dishwasher is adjusted.
