    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • The chlorine sanitizing solution that was made and stored in spray bottles located in all of rooms of the facility was measured and verified with a chlorine test strip to be at less than 50 ppm.Bleach was added to the spray bottles and measured again with the test paper to ensure that it was at 100 ppm.Please ensure that sanitizing solutions are being regularly tested to verify and ensure that they are at adequate concentrations for effective sanitation.

      • wire rack shelf attached to the south wall Risk for injury with jagged corners at head and eye level. Please ensure this potential hazard is mitigated by moving shelf call my repositioning to a different height and or use of the protective cushioning cover. Heather will have hey portion of pool noodle cut and put on each end of the shelf to provide cushion and protection against injury. correct by Nov 08

      • Wooden shelf surface needs cleaning to remove residue from tape used on shelf cleaning of shelf is needed to ensure the shelf is easy to clean and sanitize throughout the day .
    • 32. Are general nuisance conditions, other than those noted in other violations, being prevented at this child care facility (Non-Critical)?
      • Please ensure a plan is in place to have damaged and marked up walls repainted within the next two months.Daniel Press room five year old’s please make plan to go through room and fix and repair and paint walls as needed.Correct by Dec 31 2024
