- 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
- A few finishes need more detailed finishing work. Areas were pointed out where the wall meets the counter or where counter edges meet that require a strip of caulking to seal gaps. Floor has a gap where the hallway widens. Door frames to bathroom have gaps. Baseboard glue is letting go in the storage room. The plastic finish to protect the bathroom cabinet it not sanded and glued on. Stainless steel sink counter holes need to be sealed. Please complete these finishes.
