      • 1) The HLD5 disinfectant had an expiration date of March 19, 2025, Test strips were used, and the solution still provides acceptable disinfectant.REQUIREMENT: Obtain non-expired HLD5 disinfectant.2) A high-level disinfection log was observed but is being improperly filled out; the poured HLD5 solution wasn't being tested once a day.REQUIREMENT: Poured disinfectant solutions which have a re-use period must be tested in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions (i.e. once a day).
