- A few spray bottles in the kitchen were not labelled. Ensure bottles are labelled to indicate contents.

- A few mice droppings were observed in cupboards and on floor in pot storage area.Facility does have a contract with a pest control company.Clean up droppings and clean and sanitize areas where they were present.
