- While most client records had lot # and expiry dates of needles, some client records did not have lot #s and expiry dates of needles.Please ensure all records are being completed with all adequate information.Please include frequency of laser, # of passes, location of service, and esthetician who provided service.Please ensure records are retrievable for AHS for 2 years.
