    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • There is a missing paper towel dispenser which was located at the handwashing station next to the cook line.REQUIREMENT: Repair (or replace) and install a paper towel dispenser for that sink.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
      • **March 06, 2026 ** - The facility still had mouse droppings noted in some areas (e.g. dry storage area), although clear improvement was noted compared to the previous inspection.Mice droppings were found in several areas, such as shelves of dry storage area, floor, corner of the preparation table, under handwashing sink.REQUIREMENT: - Safely dispose of the mice droppings, clean and sanitize all affected areas.- Ensure that all the food are stored above the ground, in food grade containers with lids on them. - Seal all the gaps/holes if any.Continue the pest control service. Send the report to PHI for review.

      • 1) The front storage area was highly cluttered and could facilitate pest harbourage.REQURIEMENT: Organize and clean this area. Ensure the entire establishment is tidy, can facilitate pest checks, and prevent pest harborage.2) Light switches (i.e. high-touch surfaces were not being routinely cleaned and sanitized, or being interreacted with clean hands, as there was a notable amount of grime on and around the switch.REQUIREMENT: Clean and sanitize all high-touch surfaces.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Shrimps observed stored in the water bucket, measured at 10C. Staff member stated that they were thawing it. Proper thawing procedures discussed with staff (overnight refrigeration and under cold running water).
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Paper towels were not found at the handwashing station. Staff was instructed to put the paper towels roll near to the handwashing sink.
    • 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?

      • Cleaning cloths were stored in a chlorine sanitizer that measured 0 ppm.-Fresh chlorine sanitizer bucket was prepared and measured 100 ppm.
