    • 19(2)(a) - INADEQUATE WATER SAMPLING PROTOCOL BEING FOLLOWED.
      • Bacteriological water sampling now due to verify potable water supply. Have sampling performed and accredited lab results forwarded to inspector.
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING, & SANITATION PROGRAM.
      • Receiving bay door must close tightly so verminproof.
    • 47(1)(a) - OPERATOR FAILING TO ENSURE THAT FOOD IN FOOD ESTABLISHMENT IS LABELLED & IDENTIFIED AS BEING FROM A SOURCE SUBJECT TO INSPECTION.
      • One package of red meat and one poultry were removed from freezer since unlabelled & unapproved source to private dwelling. Operator must ensure all foods present in food establishment or offered for sale or sold are approved source and labelled.

    • 19(2)(a) - FAILING TO PROVIDE HOT & COLD POTABLE WATER AT ADEQUATE PRESSURE & VOLUME WITH APPROPRIATE FACILITIES TO STORE & DISTRIBUTE WATER & CONTROL WATER TEMPERATURE.
      • Correct pressure / volume issue in water system and function of ultraviolet treatment. Following chlorination of system leaving system provide bacteriological water sample results to verify correction and water supply is potable. Post Boil water advisory signs at all sinks to advise users of precautionary boil water advisory.
    • 29(2)(a) - INADEQUATE MAINTENANCE, CLEANING & SANITATION PROGRAM
      • Discard outdated / spoiled foods in rear fridge. Verminproof rear receiving door. Relocate dog gate to apartment door and ensure door is self closing.
    • 82(1) - OPERATING FOOD ESTABLISHMENT WITHOUT PERMIT. No person shall operate a food establishment, unless exempted by an administrator, without first having obtained a permit from an administrator.
      • Immediiately renew Foodshop permit.& post valid permit for public viewing.
