- Two mouse droppings were observed along the back left edge of the under-sink cabinet. One dropping was observed along the back edge of the neighbouring cupboard to the left. A licensed pest control operator is required to perform an inspection of the facility as a whole, including daycare space and kitchen, and this report must be provided to PHI K. Andrews.

- It was noted that food handlers were not aware of glove policy. Food handlers were not washing hands and changing gloves in between tasks. Importance of hand washing and glove policy. Hands must be washed before putting gloves on and after taking them off. Gloves must be changed in between tasks. Please wash hands and follow glove policy.

- The surface temperature of the baby food refrigerator was noted to be at 10.8 degrees C. The internal temperature of food item was noted to be at 6 degrees C. The operator was advised to move all food items to the cooler located in the kitchen. Please repair this refrigerator. Please equip all cold holding units with a functional thermometer.
