- The water supply at the facility was observed to only be able to reach a maximum of 35C. Water supply needs to be able to reach a minimum of 45C. Given that the facility was not going to be open to the public until Friday, it was determined that it was appropriate to give the operators time to have the water heater repaired so that hot water will be available by Friday before issuing a closure order.
