      • Mechanical dishwasher is not adequately sanitizing equipment and utensils. Chlorine sanitizer was not properly feeding into the machine even after changing out the chlorine sanitizer bucket and priming the machine.Manual cleaning and sanitizing of equipment and utensils must be done until the mechanical dishwasher is repaired.January 28, 2025 - Sanitizer still not at the correct concentration.

      • Autofry countertop fryer fire suppression system was last serviced in 2020 according to the certificate on the unit. The fire suppression system on these units normally require regular servicing, often every 6 months, by a qualified technician. Manufacturers instructions should be checked to determine required frequency.This was noted on the previous inspection.

      • Cracked floor tile noted in the food preparation area.Cracked floor tile must be replaced.

      • Deep fryer has a build-up of grease and food debris inside the unit. The pipe the oil is drained through is almost blocked with food debris. The unit must be cleaned. January 14, 2025 - Other cooking equipment also shows build-up of dirt and grease.
