    Loved our breakfast at Ethos Cafe! We tried two flat white, vegetarian breakfast sandwich, French toast, and banana bread — everything was delicious. The coffee was great, and the breakfast sandwich was definitely a favorite. Such a nice spot for a relaxed breakfast!

    Ethos Boulangerie was one of our favorite stops in Golden. The coffee was excellent, the food was fresh and full of flavor, and everything was beautifully presented. The atmosphere is modern, cozy, and welcoming, with friendly staff who made us feel right at home. If you’re looking for a great breakfast, brunch, or just a quality coffee, this place is absolutely worth a visit. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in Golden!

    Had a great experience eating indoors at the ethos cafe. I ordered a toast option (can't remember the name) My girlfriend ordered a beef sandwich (can't remember the name) We both enjoyed our sandwiches The salmon was on toasty and crunchy sour dough The beef sandwich was a juicy on the inside as well We snagged the last sourdough loaf by 130pm. Lucky!! It was amazing, a must-have for next trip in the area. We both thoroughly enjoyed the sourdough bread. It was pleasantly still usable even a couple days later. A week later though it went bad. So you know it's fresh!!

    Our family found this little gem on a day visit while staying at the Fairfield Lake Louise. Great coffee drinks, sandwiches, pastries & desserts. My husband and sons got the Beef Sando & my husband said it's the best food he's eaten on our vacation thus far (been in Canada for 4+ days now). My daughter got the Izakaya Bao Buns & I got the Pesto Chicken Melt...all delicious. Most of us made a 2nd order to take back to our hotel to enjoy a 2nd Ethos sandwich for dinner. Staff is nice & friendly. They have several outdoor tables & seating with incredible views of the surrounding mountains. They also have gluten free items including delicious in-house homemade gluten free bread! Though the only have a limited food menu of 9 items, half of which are more breakfast foods, they make up for this with great quality food (that is delicious) and attention to detail! Highly recommend!

    Great options for everyone. They have vegan options and regular options. I had the chicken pesto sandwich and it was amazing. The coffee is fantastic. Lots of space to sit inside or outside. Service is quick and they are nice.
