      • 1. The sensory bottles were taped with multiple layers of clear tape making them harder to clean/disinfect properly. -Please ensure that the bottles are visibly clean. Advised to use hot glue and just to use one layer of tape.2. Cane rattan toy backet which could be difficult to properly clean and sanitize, was observed in preschool room.-Please replace such toy containers with smooth, nonabsorbent and easy-to-clean containers.

      • The concentration of bleach solution used as surface and classroom equipment sanitizer was inadequate, measured below 50 ppm.-Please ensure the sanitizer concentration is daily prepared and monitored at 100-200 ppm with suitable test strip.
