      • Crate of eggs was observed on the top rack in the refrigerator.-Please remove and store eggs on the bottom rack. Eggs must always be stored below ready-to-eat food items to prevent cross-contamination.

      • Facility's commercial dishwasher was not in good working condition; It took six dishwashing cycles for its rinsing temperature to reach 70.6 degrees Celsius.-Please repair the indicated dishwasher and ensure its good working condition. In the meanwhile, please clean and sanitize food and children utensils using three- compartment sink method.

      • The thermometer available was not suitable for monitoring or verifying the dishwasher rinsing temperature.-Please provide thermometer capable of monitoring dishwasher internal temperature.

      • Hand washing sink was inaccessible at the time of the inspection, trays were being dried in the sink.-Please remove the trays and ensure hand washing sink is readily accessible at all times.
