- Facility's commercial dishwasher was not in good working condition; It took six dishwashing cycles for its rinsing temperature to reach 70.6 degrees Celsius.-Please repair the indicated dishwasher and ensure its good working condition. In the meanwhile, please clean and sanitize food and children utensils using three- compartment sink method.
