      • Push pins were observed on classrooms' walls.-Please remove the identified push pins from the walls and use a protective material to attach items on the walls. Additionally, cover staple pins observed on the classrooms' walls with adhesive tape. This is to reduce or prevent children's access to hazardous materials.

    • 06. Are proper protocols being followed in regards to client care?
      • 1. Torn diaper mat and cover were observed in the diapering stations.-Please repair or replace the diaper mat and cover, ensuring smooth, non-absorbent and easy to clean surface.2. Materials were stored on the diapering surface at the time of the inspection.-Please remove all materials from the diapering surface to ensure effective cleaning and sanitizing, in addition to preventing cross-contamination.This was corrected during the inspection.

      • First aid kit missing tweezer and blankets, expired alcoholic wipes was also observed.-Please replace the alcoholic wipes and provide tweezer and blankets in the first aid kit.

      • Unsuitable garbage bin noted in the facility's washroom. The bin lid was being touched after handwashing, which is unhygienic.- Please replace the garbage bin so it can be operated without touching the lid.
