- 20. Is reusable equipment disinfected properly?
- 1) Laser probes were wipe with alcohol only. 2) Hair Therapy sink was not disinfected. 1 to 2) Use a low-level disinfectant with a Drug Identification Number (DIN)3) Injectable room chair was covered with a bed sheet. Cloth sheet was not changed after client. Stains were observed on the bed sheet. Bed sheet was removed during inspection (CDI).Change bed sheet after each client or use the chair directly and disinfect it after each client.

- 1) Needles from China and Korea do not have an English label on package.All products need to have instructions in English.2) Botox was recontributed with Bacteriostatic Sodium chlorine with preservative.Follow the manufacturer's instruction and use preservative-free 0.9% Sodium Chloride
